American Submetering was founded on the principal that our natural resources are not unlimited. Our goal is to help landlords implement low cost utility submetering to help tenants and homeowners minimze usage.

Individually metering tenant and homeowner utility usage, water in particular, increases conservation and improves return on investment to landlords.

Our automated meter reading and billing system relieves landlords of the repsonsibility of monitoring and billing tenants and eliminates the potential for billing errors.
