American Submetering was founded on the principal that our natural resources are not unlimited. Our goal is to help landlords implement low cost utility submetering to help tenants and condominium homeowners minimize usage.

Individually metering tenant and homeowner utility usage (water in particular), increases conservation and improves return on investment to landlords and home owner associations.

We are a full-service utility submetering company. Water submetering is our specialty, and we read and bill electric and gas submeters as well. Utilities that are not individually metered — such as sewer and trash — are billed on the same statement, so residents receive one consolidated monthly bill covering every utility.
